TransferLabs started for one simple reason: I was tired of being a frustrated DTF buyer.
I'd ordered transfers from half a dozen shops. Every one of them had the same problems. Prices that didn't match the math. Email-based "send us your file" workflows from 2014. Files mysteriously rejected after the order was placed. Shipping promises that quietly slid by a week. Quality that varied print to print on the same job.
I figured if every shop I tried had the same issues, the issues weren't going to fix themselves. So I built the lab I wanted to buy from.

Most DTF shops bolt on a generic file-uploader and call it a day. Our builder — drag, drop, live pricing, file review, real-time gang-sheet packing — was designed and coded by us, in-house, specifically for the way DTF actually gets ordered. It's the single biggest reason we can offer this kind of pricing and turnaround consistently.
One human, every file.
Every order goes through a manual file review before a single sheet hits the printer. A real person checks for resolution, transparency, color profile, and detail-survival issues. If something would print wrong, you get an email with the problem and the fix — at no charge. We don't print files we know will fail.
Lab-grade only, every batch.
Industrial DTF printers, calibrated weekly. Wide-gamut CMYK + white inks. Cold-peel film tested for 50+ wash cycles when applied correctly. The same recipe on a Tuesday afternoon as on a Saturday morning. Consistency is the difference between a brand and a side hustle, and we run this like a brand.
