Step 1 — Pick Your Product

Transfers by Size
One design, sized exactly how you need it. Priced by the square inch with volume discounts that kick in fast. Best for one-off projects, sample runs, or when you only need a few of one design.

Many designs packed onto one 16" wide sheet. Drop in artwork, our auto-packer arranges everything for the lowest cost per transfer. Best for brands, multi-design runs, or anyone watching their per-piece price.

Our builder is built in-house — no janky third-party uploader, no email-us-the-file workflow. Drop your art directly on the canvas and you'll see live pricing the moment you change a size, quantity, or layout. PNG, SVG, JPG, or PDF up to 20 MB per file.
For gang sheets, you can drag, resize, rotate, and duplicate any design until the layout looks right. The auto-packer handles the rest, and we recommend a sheet length based on what you've added.
Step 3 — Free File Review
Every order goes through a manual file review before it touches the printer. A real human (not a bot) checks your file for:
- Resolution at your target print size
- Color profile and gamut issues
- Transparency on die-cut designs
- Hairlines and 1-pixel detail that won't survive pressing
- Embedded fonts in PDFs that aren't outlined
If we spot anything, we email you with the issue and the fix — at no charge. We don't print files we know will fail. Full breakdown on the artwork guide.
Step 4 — Production at the Lab
Your file goes onto our industrial DTF printer. We lay down a CMYK + white ink composite onto coated PET film, apply hot-melt adhesive powder, and cure the sheet to lock everything in. Standard turnaround is 1–2 business days from approval to ship.

Step 5 — Ships to Your Door
We pack and ship via standard carriers (USPS, UPS) to all 50 US states and US territories. The moment your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Free shipping on orders over $75. See the shipping page for full details.
Step 6 — Press & Wear
Standard recipe: 320°F · 10 seconds · medium-firm pressure · cold peel + a 5–10 second post-press for durability. About 30 seconds per garment, total.
